Our elite small group fitness classes are divided into high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training (PERFORMANCE) classes that will challenge your body and your mentality. For both classes, you will be accompanied by a certified personal trainer to help guide and push you past your limits. Each class is completely unique yet completely flexible to fit everybody. At LPG, you will never do the same workout twice. Every group class will provide creative workouts designed to keep you engaged, motivate you, and most importantly, deliver remarkable results.
