TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service.

  1. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    FOR TRAINING PROGRAMS, WE HAVE A NO REFUND, RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY. ALL TRAINING PROGRAM PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.

    FOR APPAREL, WE HAVE A NO REFUND, RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY unless you have received a defective item and/or the wrong item.

    We do not offer exchanges for another item or size. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size and item.

    To be eligible for a refund, return and/or exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If any of these are not true, your item(s) will not be eligible for replacement/exchange. 

    Items that show signs of wash or items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.

    Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant, makeup, etc) will not be accepted.

    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please evaluate orders after it has been received and contact us within 5 days if there any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    To start a refund, return and/or exchange or have any questions you can contact us at help@limitlessperformancemi.com. Once your case has been reviewed and has passed inspection by customer service, we will notify you and send out your requested item replacement. 

  2. SHIPPING

    Orders can take 3-5 business days to process, not including shipping time. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Processing will resume the Monday after a holiday or weekend. Please ensure all information input is correct. We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed. We are a small team working tirelessly to complete orders in a timely matter, and we appreciate your patience while we fulfill your order. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

    For international orders, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Please input all information and addresses in English to ensure delivery. International orders shipped via USPS, DHL, or an equivalent service and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. We are not responsible for any duty fees you may incur. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

    If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we kindly ask that you allow 3 business days to see if it will be officially delivered to you. Packages from shipping couriers are sometimes processed differently than others. In the unlikely event that you don't receive your package after this timeframe has passed, please reach out to help@limitlessperformancemi.com for further assistance!

  3. SHIPPING DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN

    Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Please consult your tracking number on your order confirmation page and contact the shipping carrier for any questions about delivery.

    Please note: We are not required to replace your missing merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.

  4. CUSTOMS/DUTIES/TAXES

    All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. LIMITLESS PERFORMANCE LLC is not responsible for any additional customs or duties fees required to deliver your order. We do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by LIMITLESS PERFORMANCE LLC.

    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must be made with the shipping carrier.

  5. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF SERVICE:

    LIMITLESS PERFORMANCE LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, LIMITLESS PERFORMANCE LLC will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at LIMITLESS PERFORMANCE LLC's sole discretion.

  6. TERMS OF SERVICE:

    By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Service. We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (including after you have submitted an order).
