Our elite small group fitness classes are divided into high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training (PERFORMANCE) classes that will challenge your body and your mentality. For both classes, you will be accompanied by a certified personal trainer to help guide and push you past your limits. Each class is completely unique yet completely flexible to fit everybody. At LPG, you will never do the same workout twice. Every group class will provide creative workouts designed to keep you engaged, motivate you, and most importantly, deliver remarkable results. HIIT Class: High-energy, strength and conditioning workouts designed to push you past your limits. Expect fast-paced circuits, explosive movements, and one hell of a workout.

Performance Class: Structured, strength-driven training. Focused on proper form, progressive overload, and classic compound movements — this class will build strength, muscle, and tone.
