HIIT Training is designed to maximize your fitness results in a short amount of time. We focus on intense bursts of exercise followed by short periods of active recovery. This dynamic approach mixes weight training and cardio to burn calories, boost your metabolism, and ensures you get the most out of every minute you spend in class.
Performance Training focuses on weight training to improve muscular strength, endurance, and tone. Each class highly emphasizes perfect form for every exercise to maximize strength and avoid injury. This class is a powerful way to sculpt your body and increase functional strength.
